A total of 24 players have been picked up in the AFL Rookie Draft, while two veterans have also been selected at the AFL Pre-Season Draft.
Hawthorn re-listed champion forward Jack Gunston with Pick 1 in the Pre-Season Draft, while Brisbane handed ex-Gold Coast veteran Sam Day a career lifeline with the only other pick in the count.
The Rookie Draft saw eight secure an AFL list spot, with the other 16 selections coming after clubs committed to re-listing players via the mechanism.
The biggest story from the Rookie Draft was the Pick 4 selection of Max Knobel by the Gold Coast Suns, with Fremantle planning to re-list the young ruckman at their first selection.
The Suns swooped on Knobel before the Dockers had their chance, with the Perth club instead selecting local tall Aiden Riddle with Pick 7.
"It's always a potential when you send a delisted player back that they can get picked by another Club, and in this case Max has," Fremantle said in a statement.
Ex-St Kilda defender Ben Paton has found a new home with Sydney, landing at Pick 25 after departing Moorabbin this off-season.
Geelong made three selections in the Rookie Draft, acquiring Xavier Ivisic, Patrick Retschko and Joe Pike with their trio of picks.
A total of nine picks were passed on in the Rookie Draft.
