Hawthorn is set to celebrate its 100th year as an organisation when the club takes on Richmond at the MCG in Round 8.

Ahead of the full fixture reveal - set for Thursday - the Hawks will commemorate the special occasion facing the Tigers, who ironically was the first team they played against in 1925.

Hawthorn will proudly wear its 100-year commemorative logo all year round on the famous brown and gold guernsey, marking a special season ahead for the brown and gold faithful.
