GWS Giants defender Lachie Whitfield and St Kilda's Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera may find themselves in hot water with the MRO after questionable incidents during their respective matches on the weekend.
During his side's resounding win over Fremantle on Saturday afternoon, Whitfield tackled Dockers defender Jordan Clark in a slinging motion at GIANTS Stadium, with the incident generating plenty of reaction.
The tackle, punished with a free kick against, was dubbed a dangerous tackle by the adjudicating umpire, as Whitfield was remonstrated by Clark's teammates.
The situation comes after Brisbane's Jarrod Berry dodged a suspension despite being placed on report for rough conduct after a contentious tackle on Friday night.
Wanganeen-Milera, meanwhile, has been spotlighted after an errant elbow caught Richmond's Daniel Rioli on Saturday night.
That act, compared to Swan Sam Wicks' on Friday night which resulted in a two-game suspension, would be more likely to net a one-game ban if it is cited.
Decisions on potential suspensions for Whitfield and Wanganeen-Milera are set to come on Sunday evening.
