Gold Coast have informed defender Oleg Markov his contract won't be extended into 2023.
Markov, whose deal expired at the end of this season, leaves the Suns after 28 games in two years with the Queensland club.
The 26-year-old has played 51 games at AFL level, having started his career with Richmond in 2016.
Markov played 23 games for the Tigers before venturing north to join the Suns.
Gold Coast list manager Craig Cameron thanked Markov for his service to the club.
“Oleg has made a positive impact on the Gold Coast SUNS and we are appreciative of everything he has given the club,” Cameron said.
“We'd like to take the opportunity to thank Oleg for his two years of service and wish him well for his next opportunity.”
Markov joins Jack Bowes (Geelong Cats), Matt Conroy (delisted), Josh Corbett (Fremantle Dockers), Jez McLennan (delisted), Patrick Murtagh (delisted), Rhys Nicholls (delisted) and Izak Rankine (Adelaide Crows) in departing the Suns this year.
