Gold Coast have decided against offering new deals to Darcy Macpherson, James Tsitas, Jack Mahony, Sandy Brock, Oskar Faulkhead and Will Rowlands for the 2025 season.

Macpherson headlines the list of delisted players, with the defensive-minded utility playing 97 games for the club after being recruited as a rookie in 2016.

Tsitas leaves the Suns after three years on the Gold Coast, with the Queensland club recruiting the midfield-forward out of the SANFL in 2022 as a Supplemental Selection Period acquisition.

Mahony joined the club via last year's Rookie Draft after being delisted by North Melbourne following the 2023 season, with the small forward playing 19 goals for the Suns' VFL side this year.

Brock joined the club as a pre-listed draft addition out of Darwin and did not make his AFL debut across three years with the club.

Falkhead was a Mid-Season Draft recruit for the Suns in 2022 but did not play in the Suns' AFL side during his tenure in Queensland.

Rowlands was recruited at last year's Rookie Draft out of the Northern Territory and SANFL and played 16 games for the club's VFL side in 2024.

โ€œDarcy, James, Jack, Sandy, Oskar and Will have all had unique journeys to the AFL and we commend them for all the hard work and dedication they have invested in our club over the years,โ€ Suns talent manager Craig Cameron said.

โ€œWe sincerely thank them for their service to the SUNS and wish them all the best for the next stage of their careers on and off the field.โ€

The six departures join veteran midfielder Brandon Ellis in leaving the club, with the wingman announcing his retirement earlier this year.
