Corr suffered the injury in the first quarter of the Giants' loss to Sydney on Saturday night, however, he managed to play out the match, collecting 25 disposals.
He has been diagnosed with a deltoid ligament strain, which is the same injury that ended ruckman Shane Mumford's season last year, although it is far less significant.
Last year the 21-year-old enjoyed his best season in AFL since being drafted with pick No.14 in the 2012 National Draft, playing 19 games.
