Sydney midfielder Isaac Heeney has taken back the lead in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year voting with two rounds remaining.
Heeney polled five votes from each coach after a match-winning performance on Friday night against Collingwood.
That has seen Heeney become the first player to crack 100 votes for the year, surpassing leader Nick Daicos to take top spot.
Daicos falls to equal second alongside Fremantle star Caleb Serong, who amassed eight votes in his side's loss to Geelong over the weekend.
Carlton skipper Patrick Cripps and Brisbane co-captain Lachie Neale round out on the top five on 95 and 89 votes respectively, with both Brownlow Medal winners failing to poll in Round 22.
Western Bulldogs star Marcus Bontempelli is the only other player able to win the award, sitting 18 votes off Heeney with two rounds to go.
Gold Coast's Matt Rowell, Geelong's Patrick Dangerfield and GWS youngster James Peatling joined Heeney in managing perfect performances in the eyes of coaches for Round 22.
