Collingwood

Closing

It is very hard to read just how well Collingwood's season will go. The Magpies could be right back in the fight in 2021, or it could be a train-wreck.

Despite the losses of Treloar, Stephenson and Phillips, the man-power is still there, but their pre-season preparations have and off-field sagas have certainly take their toll.

Another major factor that has sat as a niggling barometer in the past have been injuries at the Holden Centre, and if 2021 is the same story, then we can probably put the line through the Magpies now.

With star after star facing significant time on the sidelines, it is hard to see a premiership calibre crew have any impact from the doctor's office. Should they remain on the track, then there is plenty of grunt and knowhow in this squad to have another shot at the title.
