What is the AFL Grand Final?
The Grand Final will decide the premiers of the 2023 AFL season, with the Collingwood Magpies and Brisbane Lions set to clash for the premiership cup.
Following a 23-game home and away season and the opening month of AFL Finals series, Collingwood and Brisbane are the last two remaining clubs.
Collingwood won the minor premiership in a strong campaign, holding top spot on the ladder for the last nine rounds of the season before defeating Melbourne and GWย in the qualifying and preliminary finals respectively.
The Lions were unbeaten in four games when they faced Port Adelaide in the opening week of the finals. Chris Fagan's side defeated the Power before progressing to the grand final after a win over Carlton.
