The Match Review Panel findings for round two of the AFL Women's competition have been released.
Collingwood's Sophie Casey has been offered a two week ban with an early guilty plea for her high hit on Melbourne's Meg Downie during Saturday night's clash at Ikon Park.
Casey was charged with rough conduct, with the hit leaving Downey unconscious and forced to be stretchered off the ground.

Western Bulldog Laura Bailey has been suspended for one match after engaging in rough conduct on Adelaide's Courtney Cramey.
