Gold Coast co-captain Steven May has suffered a hamstring injury and has been ruled out of the remainder of the Suns' clash with Collingwood at Metricon Stadium.
May sustained the hamstring injury in the opening quarter of Gold Coast's clash, and was seen with ice on his hamstring as the first term drew to a close.
It came just minutes after Suns star Jarryd Lyons was helped off the field with an ankle injury, although he returned to the action towards the end of the quarter.

If May has sustained a regular hamstring injury, he could miss the next few games for the Suns.
