The AFL has revealed how the teams for the State of Origin clash between Victoria and the All-Stars at Marvel Stadium on Friday, February 28 will be picked.
The league chose eight players from each club on Wednesday to be available for selection - four from Victoria and four from the All-Stars.
The clubs will need to confirm that their nominated players are fit to play, if selected.
Each team will consist of 18 players on the field, six on the interchange and three emergencies.
There will be a limit of three players playing from each AFL club.
International-born players will be eligible for selection for the All-Star squad.
Richmond's Damien Hardwick will coach Victoria and Sydney's John Longmire will lead the All-Stars.
Teams will be announced on Wednesday, February 26, and will train on Marvel Stadium the following night.
