Geelong have delisted six players, following their Elimination Final loss to Melbourne on Friday night.

Aaron Black, Stewart Crameri, Ryan Gardner, Cory Gregson, Matthew Hayball and Timm House have all been told their contracts will not be renewed for the 2018 season.

Black played seven games for the Cats after making the move from North Melbourne to Geelong at the end of the 2016 season, while Crameri made four appearances for the club during his only season at Geelong in 2018.

Gregson featured in 29 games between 2015-2018, while Hayball, Gardner and House were all important players for the Cats at VFL level.

Geelong's General Manager of Football Simon Lloyd thanked the players on the club's website, and wished them well for the future.

“We sincerely thank all six players for their service to the club, whether it be over a short or a long period, these players have all made a contribution to Geelong as footballers and as quality people,” Lloyd told geelongcats.com.au.

“The club wishes them all the best as they embark on their future endeavours.”
