Fremantle have confirmed young midfielder Andrew Brayshaw will miss the rest of the season after suffering a broken jaw during Sunday's clash with West Coast.
Following an incident involving Eagle Andrew Gaff, Brayshaw was knocked to the ground and sustained a broken jaw, as well as having three lower teeth displaced by the punch.
The Dockers have confirmed the surgery went as planned, and Brayshaw is now recovering from surgery.
Brayshaw will now be unable to eat solid food for four weeks.
