Blues forward Charlie Curnow is free to take on the Giants after having his striking charge downgraded from intentional to careless by the AFL tribunal.
Curnow successfully overturned the one-game suspension he faced for striking Suns co-captain Steven May, instead copping a $2000 fine.
Charlie Curnow will contest his one-match ban for striking at the AFL Tribunal tonight.
