Port Adelaide's Robbie Gray can accept a one-game ban for rough conduct on West Coast defender Jeremy McGovern.

Gray will now miss the Power's round one clash with Fremantle if Port Adelaide don't appeal.

With just minutes remaining in the first quarter, Gray went to attack the football and bumped McGovern, who went down after the knock to the head.

The Eagle was assisted off the ground by trainers, and didn't return to the game before half-time.

McGovern was eventually ruled out of the match, although coach Adam Simpson told the media after the game he "looked pretty sharp" on the bench barking out instructions.

Power ruckman Paddy Ryder has been fined $2000 for striking Eagle Andrew Gaff.

Melbourne's Clayton Oliver can accept a $1500 fine for misconduct against North Melbourne's Ben Jacobs.
