Carlton defender Lachlan Cowan has been subbed out of the Carlton-Collingwood clash with a hamstring concern.
Cowan left the field in the first quarter and was assessed on the sidelines.
The Blues soon injected substitute Ashton Moir into the game, with Cowan ruled out of the remainder of the clash with a hamstring injury.
Cowan has played all three games so far this season, and his injury could be a blow to Carlton's aspirations at turning around a 0-3 start to the season.

Carlton coach Michael Voss was unable to provide any further updates following the club's fourth consecutive loss.
"No I don't (have any update), other than that I can confirm it's a hamstring," Voss said.
The Blues already entered the game without the talents of Harry McKay (personal leave), Orazio Fantasia (calf), Marc Pittonet (calf) and two long-term injured Blues Jagga Smith (knee) and Nic Newman (knee).
