The National Draft is almost here, with all 18 AFL clubs now having a strong idea of the prospects on offer and the spots where they may fall.

Every club has their own list needs and voids to fill, some looking toward key position talent while others are hoping to add to their midfield.

The 'best available' avenue is open to every club, but many instead look to find answers to some of their biggest list questions through the draft.

Here we look at the ideal prospect for every club when they enter the draft in what would be a dream scenario for most clubs.

16. Sydney

While the Swans' list is tipped to contend for the premiership for the next several seasons following their grand final finish this year, there is an area or two where they need to place some attention toward in this draft.

A key forward to replace Lance Franklin and work alongside Logan McDonald is a must, and Jefferson could be that man.

The Oakleigh forward is arguably the second-best key-forward prospect in the draft and remains a good chance to be available to the Swans when they enter the draft with their two first-round picks.
