With a number of big-name players moving clubs, AFL legend Matthew Lloyd has named his top five players who will make the biggest impact at their new clubs in 2021.

When talking on AFL Trade Radio, Lloyd spoke about St Kilda forward Dan Butler, who he believes had the biggest impact at his new club this year.

Butler joined the Saints after leaving the Tigers in last year's trade period and finished in the top three in the club's best and fairest count.

โ€œToday itโ€™s about the biggest impact of all the players that have been traded. I know some of these deals havenโ€™t gone through yet,โ€ Lloyd toldย AFL Trade Radio.

โ€œDan Butler may have been the biggest impact player from last yearโ€™s trade period, so itโ€™s about who I believe will have the biggest impact for their club in 2021.

โ€œSome good players have been left out. Iโ€™ve left out Josh Dunkley, Iโ€™ve left out Adam Treloar, Iโ€™ve left out Isaac Smith, Iโ€™ve left out Ben Brown, but these are the players I believe will have the biggest impact.โ€

1. Jeremy Cameron (Geelong)

โ€œA bit similar to Daniher, he looked disinterested this year and I think you put him in that Geelong team with so many champions around him, I think at the Cattery he can have some big games.โ€

โ€œCameron should kick around that 60-goal mark and weโ€™ve got him potentially helping Geelong win the premiership next year.โ€
