Adelaide midfielder Zac Taylor has suffered a "serious knee injury" during training on Wednesday.
Taylor - who was drafted with Pick 44 in the 2021 National Draft - has had a wretched run of injuries since joining the Crows, facing a Lisfranc injury in April last year as well as a concussion earlier this season.
Painful scenes at Crows training Zac Taylor looks to have suffered a serious knee injury during the session. Rough timing for the 21 year old whoโs been playing some good footy in the SANFL. @10NewsFirstAdl pic.twitter.com/e49WTgfFmg

The Calder Cannons product was impressive in the SANFL, averaging 18.2 disposals, 5.7 clearances, 4.7 tackles and 3.7 inside 50s in six outings.
Despite being behind the likes of experienced campaigners Rory Laird, Jordan Dawson and Matt Crouch in the midfield, Adelaide legend Malcolm Blight gave a glowing endorsement of Taylor, likening him to Zak Butters last year.
โThe other kid is Taylor,โ Blight said on SEN.
โDon't forget you can play small and be tough, just like (Zak) Butters from Port Adelaide.
โI think Taylor has got a real chance."
