Tom Lynch has been sent directly to the tribunal for his bump on Bulldog Alex Keath, one of three players to be charged after Saturday's action.

The first quarter incident was graded by the MRO as careless conduct, severe impact, high contact, with the star Tiger to be suspended for at least three weeks.

Keath was left concussed due to the incident and was subsequently substituted from the match.

Prior to the MRO's findings, the Tigers confirmed that Lynch had suffered a foot injury in the loss to the Bulldogs and will spend an unspecified amount of time on the sidelines.

Jake Soligo has been charged for his contact with an umpire in the fourth term of Adelaide's win over Fremantle, handed a $2,500 sanction as a first offence, down to $1,500 with an early plea.

The MRO laid a final charge, with Scott Lycett handed a financial sanction for Rough Conduct. The second quarter incident against Swan Lance Franklin was graded as intentional conduct, low impact, body contact, handed a $3,000 fine, down to $2000 with an early plea.
