Stevens has been a bright spark up forward for Carlton since crossing from Collingwood, and was runner-up in Carlton's 2021 best and fairest.
Meanwhile, Egan has been linked with Sydney among other interstate teams.
The Shepparton native missed most of the 2022 AFLW season after suffering a punctured lung and broken ribs in round one.
In other trade news, Adelaide premiership ruck Caitlin Gould is being pursued by both Sydney and Port Adelaide, with the expansion sides eager to kickstart their inaugural AFLW seasons.
Gould, a former state volleyballer, was mighty in a duel with Melbourne's Lauren Pearce in the Grand Final - her first premiership.
Adelaide have plans too, targeting West Coast's Niamh Kelly who also has interest from the Roos, Saints and Cats.
Gold Coast's Janet Baird is expected to be snaffled by the Hawks after just three games at the Suns, while three Giants have requested to be traded to the Swans: Lisa Steane, Rebecca Privitelli and Ally Morphett.
Melbourne's Brenna Tarrant meanwhile is expected to request a trade to New South Wales - according to Womens.afl, Sydney is the front-runner for her signature.
An East Blaxland native, Tarrant famously was caught on film when drafted by the Dees in 2019, where she was selected at pick 72.
The teenage Tarrant was studying when she was alerted to her selection on a phone call, with her delighted reaction videoed by a friend.
