Port Adelaide have announced guernsey numbers for six players ahead of the 2023 season, with three recruits and three 2022 listed players finding new spots in the Albeton locker room.

Following the retirement of club great Robbie Gray, the heralded No.9 jumper was up for grabs to the squad, with midfielder Zak Butters gaining the in-demand guernsey after wearing No.18 in his first four seasons with the Power.

His move to No.9 has seen prized recruit Jason Horne-Francis take the No.18 jumper for his first year back in South Australia.

Recruit Junior Rioli will pull on the No.15 jumper following Karl Amon's departure, while delisted free agency signing Francis Evans will take the 31 jumper, the same number he had with Geelong.

Elsewhere, Kane Farrell has taken the No.6 kit made vacant by retired forward Steven Motlop, with Farrell's now-former jumper No.24 taken by young defender Jake Pasini.

Port Adelaide will have several further guernsey numbers to announce over the pre-season following the National Draft.
