Port Adelaide's latest wave of list changes includes the retirement of ruckman Scott Lycett, who leaves the AFL a premiership player and one of four departures at Alberton.

Lycett is joined by Orazio Fantasia, Sam Hayes and Jake Pasini in leaving Port Adelaide, with the latter told he won't continue with the Power despite being contracted for next year.

Fantasia and Hayes were also delisted, while Lycett informed the club he won't be continuing his career and has called time on his 13-year stint in the AFL.

Lycett, a former Port Adelaide SANFL player, joined West Coast through the 2010 National Draft and would be a figure in their 2018 premiership side, with the ruckman heading back to South Australia shortly after the Eagles' grand final win over Collingwood that year.

He would play 146 games across his career with the Power and Eagles, with 71 matches coming at his second club.

"Scott has been an outstanding contributor for two clubs across his 146 games, including as a premiership player at West Coast,โ€ Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley said of Lycett.

โ€œHe was an incredible workhorse for our club during the last five seasons and was totally focussed on putting his teammates first. As a former Port Adelaide junior, Scott was Port Adelaide through and through and we thank him for his passion and commitment to our club.

โ€œWe congratulate Scott on a great career and we will look for an opportunity next year to acknowledge and celebrate his career more formally.โ€

Fantasia has not been offered a contract but is expected to find a new home via a move to Carlton as a delisted free agent. He joined the Power three years ago through a trade from Essendon.

Hayes played 11 games for the Power during his time at the club, making his debut in 2022 before featuring in a further four matches this year.

Pasini did not record an AFL game over his four years at the club, with an ACL injury hampering his 2022 campaign.
