The 26-year-old missed Port Adelaide's clash with Collingwood in round 14 due to an ankle problem he suffered in the previous game against Brisbane, before returning to the Power's team last weekend against Richmond.
Broadbent collected 13 disposals and three rebound 50s against the Tigers, but failed to prove his fitness midweek and has been left out of their travelling side.
Eddy made his debut for the Power in round one this season as a mature-aged recruit, and played the opening three rounds before being forced out of the side.
Port Adelaide will confirm their 22-man playing squad at 5pm on Friday.
