We've reached the top 20 of our top 50 players list for 2024, where the cream of our competition's crop awaits their unveiling.

Seven members of last year's All-Australian side have already been named, highlighting the surplus of talent on display in the league.

The future of the league is in good hands, as is the upcoming season, where the following stars, young and old, will shine.

5. 16 - Jack Sinclair

it took over seven years for Sinclair to be recognised in the category of elite AFL players, polling his first career Brownlow votes in 2022 before a top 10 finish in 2023.

He has always been one of those players you trust with the ball in hand, being one of the silkiest users in the competition especially when exiting defensive 50, he just couldn't win the footy enough through the start of his career to be considered elite.

He has averaged close to 30 touches a game for the past two years and now demands opposition attention as a bonafide star of the comp.

This side of 2010, St Kilda have held just two multiple-time All-Australians; Jack Steele and Sinclair, two stars who will be relied on to lift the Saints to another finals berth in this new era.
