Richmond have locked down the future of one of their grand final stars, as premiership midfielder Jack Graham has agreed to a new two-year deal according to The Age.

Graham, who kicked three goals in the grand final and also tagged Rory Sloane out of the game after half-time, will now be a Tiger until at least the end of the 2020 season.

The 19-year-old's debut season was one like no other, as he had to wait until round 21 before making his debut in Ricmhond's demolition win over Fremantle at Subiaco.

Graham then played in wins against St Kilda, Geelong, GWS and the Crows, meaning he finished the season with five wins from five games, and a premiership medallion.

The midfielder was taken at pick 53 in the 2016 draft, despite winning the Larke Medal as the best player in division one of the National Championship, after captaining South Australia to National Championships glory.

Graham now joins the majority of Richmond's premiership 22 with a contract for post 2018, with only Shaun Grigg, Bachar Houli, Nathan Broad, Jacob Townsend and Dylan Grimes out of contract at season's end.
