Richmond's Josh Caddy has been handed two $1500 fines after two separate incidents involving Hawthorn's Daniel Howe on Thursday night.
In the video below, Caddy can be seen stomping on Howe's hand during the second quarter, while also getting the Hawthorn tagger in a headlock just seconds later.

Trent Cotchin, Paul Puopolo, Alex Rance, Jarryd Roughead and Jack Riewoldt all had incidents reviewed, although were all let off by Match Review Officer Michael Christian.
