GWS has reportedly tabled a long-term offer to rebounding defender Isaac Cumming, but that hasn't stopped rival clubs from asking about his future.

It is understood that Adelaide, Port Adelaide, Fremantle and Melbourne have all indicated interest in Cumming, according to AFL Media'sย Riley Beveridge.

The running half-back missed the start of the year due to calf and hamstring issues but returned to the side in Round 16 against Adelaide, slotting seamlessly into Adam Kingsley's back half.

The interest comes as teammate Harry Perryman has also been flagged by rival clubs as a gettable player.

Perryman has been courted by Hawthorn and Essendon whilst having a six-year deal on the table from the Giants.

Both Cumming and Perryman are unrestricted free agents, making them even more appealing options as the Giants cannot match any opposition bids for their signatures if they chose to leave.

The 25-year-old does have ties to South Australia but is a graduate of the GWS academy and has played 78 games.

Aside from Perryman and Cumming, the Giants have plenty of work to do off the field in securing some of their talent.

Veterans Callan Ward, Adam Kennedy, Nick Haynes, Lachlan Keefe and Braydon Preuss all come out of contract at year's end.

Youngsters Ryan Angwin, Josh Fahey, Cooper Hamilton and Conor Stone are others left without a deal beyond 2024.

The club will also need to begin planning for next year, which sees Leek Aleer, Toby Bedford, Finn Callaghan and Brent Daniels without deals.
