Following the nine-part series ranking each AFL club's positional lines, it is time to review each AFL team's list in its entirety and determine which sides can enter 2025 with full confidence in the talent on their list.

While some clubs may be star-studded in one spot, this list will take the entire squad into account, looking into the depth, firepower, and performances in 2024 across all three areas of the field.

Those who have been consistently at the top of the rankings throughout our series will undoubtedly find themselves at the top of the board once again, but those who popped into the top six just once, or those who had a starkly low ranking in comparison to their other results, may find themselves dropped to midtable or below.

The Eagles are still rebuilding from a list perspective heading into 2025.

Expected to finish inside the bottom four for the fourth year in a row, the Eagles are largely inexperienced, but there are budding stars set for breakout seasons.

Reuben Ginbey and Harley Reid are the most notable youngsters, while Liam Baker and Jack Graham are welcome additions.

Jake Waterman and Oscar Allen headline a forward line with great potential, although Allen's injuries interrupted the pairing's 2024.

Jeremy McGovern earned an All-Australian off half-back, and now has the bulk of responsibility with Tom Barrass' departure. However, similarly to Richmond, the loss of key talent will open a spot for young players to emerge, allowing for more selection for the likes of Harry Edwards and Brady Hough.

Yet, their inexperience remains a black spot on their list. The second-youngest team in the AFL, the Eagles will be hoping to fast-track their youths' development if they are to nab a few more wins in 2025.
