But 2021 has seen a genuine resurgence in the brave choice of haircut and there are some gorgeous flowing locks floating about.

The old adage of business at the front and party at the back is very much in vogue this season and we have ranked the 10 best currently going.
Note that Dan Butler and Liam Duggan miss out after shedding their mullets, while Aaron Naughton's has evolved into something far greater.

Arguably the mullet's biggest and best advertisement, Smith embodies everything a mullet is about and long live the Bailey Smith mullet we say. You can almost hear the wind fly off the back of his head before you see him when he is dashing off the wing. His no backwards step approach to footy is perfectly embodied by his hair. Bailey Smith's mullet exemplifies his persona and trademark and that's why we had to put him one on the list.
