1. Justin Longmuir (Fremantle)

Since taking over the Dockers in 2020, Longmuir has never been under more pressure.

The 2023 season saw the Dockers go backwards, only managing 10 wins and finishing 14th on the ladder.

Having played finals in 2022 and being viewed as strong contenders. they went into last season as a team with high hopes. However, the Dockers struggled and now all eyes are on Longmuir to see if he can turn things around in a contract year.

Nothing however seems to be going in his favour with the likes of Lachie Schultz and Liam Henry moved to Collingwood and St Kilda respectively, and with constant criticism of his gamestyle.

With no deal signed for next year, Longmuir will need a strong start to this season to see any chance of a renewed deal being tabled.
