11. Micheal Voss (Carlton)

Voss was arguably the most under-pressure coach in the early stages of the 2023 season, however he got his team back on track and into a preliminary final.

Though Voss still has pressure to take the Blues deep into another season and push to be genuine contenders this year, the Carlton coach won't need to do so with a looming contract call after re-signing for two years in the pre-season.
