In the fourth and final instalment of our 2023 AFL position rankings, we've named the top ten forwards of the year.
It was an interrupted season for many key forwards, with the likes of Tom Lynch, Mitch Lewis and Max King all dealing with injury setbacks to see their campaigns limited.
Nevertheless, their absences came as new premier forwards emerged to the fore, with a number of attackers enjoying career-best seasons in 2023.
Between the dominant tall forwards or the threatening smalls, a number of new faces are sure to appear in this year's rankings.

3. Taylor Walker
A career-best year in your 15th season? That was the case for Taylor Walker, who has continued to age like a fine wine.
After booting 47 and 48 goals in 2022 and 2021, respectively, Walker kicked 76 majors from 22 games this year to sit second in the competition for total goals and first for goals per game.
The deadeye Crows spearhead was a game changer for his side on a number of occasions thanks to his match-winning efforts and long-range kicking.
Having not booted more than seven goals in a game heading into a game this year, Walker made the most of his two encounters with West Coast to kick a combined 19 goals.
