The Swans are set to kick-start the free agency window by signing delisted pair Sam Gray and Kaiden Brand.
Gray is set to join Sydney on Friday as the free agency period opens, after the small forward failed to reach an agreement with Port Adelaide on a new contract, according to AFL Media's Callum Twomey.
Brand will also make the move to Bondi after being delisted by the Hawks.
The Swans have lost Heath Grundy to retirement, meaning Brand will assist John Longmuire in adding to his sides defensive depth.
Gray will likely slot into the vacant list spot made by Daniel Menzel's departure after the his delisting this week.
Gray played 96 games for Port Adelaide while Brand managed 43 matches in the brown and gold.
