Western Bulldogs defender Marcus Adams could be on the move at seasons end, according to Seven News Melbourne.
Channel 7's Mark Stevens reported on Wednesday night that Adams is considering a move back to Western Australia, despite having two years remaining on his current deal.
Stevens reported 'homesickness' could be the reason for a possible trade.
Adams has played 27 games for the Bulldogs since being drafted from West Perth in 2015, but has only appeared in six contests this season after being hampered by injuries.
Both Fremantle and West Coast are believed to be interested in the 25-year-old.
The news comes days after Luke Dahlhaus informed the Bulldogs he will leave the club as an unrestricted free agent at seasons end.
The Bulldogs released a statement thanking Dahlhaus for his contribution to the clubs 2016 Premiership.
While the Club is obviously disappointed an agreement could not be reached, the Club maintains an obligation to be balanced in its approach across its entire playing group when making its list management decisions."
