Port Adelaide's Jake Neade has emerged as a small forward option for Collingwood next season according to the Herald Sun.
Neade has yet to receive a new contract from the Power and is weighing up a potential move to Victoria for 2019.
The pressure forward has managed 66 games and 58 goals in six seasons at the Power.
If he fails to receive a new deal by next month, he can leave the Power as a delisted free agent.
The Magpies are believed to be interested in the 24-year-old as a replacement for the delisted Kayle Kirby.
Kirby was selected with pick No. 50 in the 2016 draft but struggled for form and fitness in his two seasons at the Magpies.
In March, the 19-year-old was diagnosed with a heart complication after collapsing on-field during a VFL game.
There are concerns Kirby may never play football again as he requires a medical clearance from his cardiologist.
