Former St Kilda great Danny Frawley says out-of-contract Bulldog Mitch Wallis may be heading to Brisbane at the end of the season.

The 25-year old has fallen out of favour at the Kennel this years, playing eight games and getting dropped to the VFL at various stages.

And Frawley says there is a possibility he will end up at the Lions next year.

โ€œItโ€™s growing by the day he might be going north (to Brisbane),โ€ he told theย AFL Nation pregame show.

โ€œChris Fagan would be very happy to get a player that can complement their young midfield.

โ€œI think he needs a fresh start as well and I think Luke Beveridge would agree.

โ€œHeโ€™s been dropped a couple of times already this year.โ€

Wallis is averaging 20 disposals, 5.1 tackles and three inside 50s per game in 2018.
