Richmond players have been told Thursday night's round one clash against Carlton will go ahead with shortened quarters, according to SEN's Sam Edmund.
The AFL is currently deliberating over whether or not to proceed with round one on Thursday, with an official announcement coming later today.
Fox Footy's Drew Jones is reporting that "barring any mishaps, we play tomorrow night. Shortened quarters."
