The Tigers have reportedly made their first signing of the 2023 off-season on the same day they lodged their first delisting of the year.
Richmond is understood to have agreed to terms on a Category B rookie contract with former basketballer Oliver Hayes-Brown on Thursday.
The 23-year-old stands at a towering 208 centimetres, weighs in at 114 kilograms, and played for the NBL's Perth Wildcats last year before plying his trade for the NBL1's Keilor in 2023.
According toย 7Newsย reporter Mitch Cleary, Hayes-Brown has signed at Tigerland as a ruck prospect.
Richmond has not yet officially announced the signing.

Also on Thursday morning, Richmond parted ways with untried SSP rookie Kaelan Bradtke, who made his presence known with the VFL Tigers this year but was unable to impress the club's coaches enough to earn an AFL debut.
Three-time flag stalwarts Trent Cotchin and Jack Riewoldt retired in Round 23, joining Jason Castagna and Robbie Tarrant in officially departing Punt Road this year.
