Kangaroos Will Phillips, Tony Pink and Robert Hansen jnr have all signed contracts to remain at North Melbourne until at least the end of 2025.

Phillips has played 43 games since joining the club via the 2020 AFL Draft and played 11 senior games in 2024.

The 22-year-old averaged 14 disposals this year and took on the role of shutting down some of the best midfielders in the competition, which has earned him a one-year deal.

Pink arrived at the Roos as a delisted free agent last October after a strong season at Glenelg in the SANFL. The 26-year-old made his AFL debut in Round 1 after previously being at Sydney, though he did not play at senior level.

Pink played a number of roles for coach Alastair Clarkson this year, starting in the backline and then moving into the forward line where he finished the season with seven goals.

Pink managed to play 15 games this season which helped him get this one-year extension.

Hansen Jnr arrived at Arden Street through the 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft and made his debut two months later in Round 20 in his home state of Western Australia.

The small forward kicked 15 goals in 14 VFL appearances this year and broke into the senior side in Round 19, finishing the year off with six games, adding to his two games last year.

North Melbourne Head of Football Talent Brady Rawlings expressed the club is excited with what Phillips, Pink and Hansen jnr could achieve next season.

โ€œWill has done some really big jobs for us this year with his typically selfless attitude,โ€ Rawlings said.

โ€œHe took some steps forward after overcoming his health battles from 2022, and this season should be a good springboard for his long-term football development.

โ€œToby worked hard to earn a second chance in the AFL, and Robbie has also impressed with his willingness to improve. He showed he can offer some spark to our forward line with his speed.

โ€œWe know all three players will be eager to make the most of their opportunities next season and we look forward to seeing where they can take their game.โ€
