Taken with the fifth overall pick in the 2007 AFL National Draft by the Western Bulldogs, Jarrad Grant played 81 games for the club from 2009-2014.

He then crossed to the Gold Coast Suns where he played 14 games over two seasons,.

Grant's best season came in 2010, where he kicked 29 goals for the season, including a personal best six-goal haul against Essendon in round 22.

He was delisted by the Suns in 2017 after 95 career games and 94 career goals to his name.

Since his AFL career came to an end, Grant has since moved into real estate on the Mornington Peninsula with U First Real Estate.

Back in his home town in Frankston South, Grant has hit the ground running since joining the company, and has made a good start to his post-AFL career.

He hasn't given up the game however, and is still playing for the Frankston Bombers in the Mornington Peninsula Netball Football League.

Grant spoke to Zero Hanger during the week, and gave us his tips for the third round of the season.
