Speaking on his podcast, Jack and Journo, with journalist Jay Clark, injured Collingwood skipper Scott Pendlebury has named his All-Australian team for 2017.
Pendlebury's team has a fairly even contribution across the board, with Adelaide, Richmond and Collingwood all having three players in the team.
Sydney meanwhile has two representatives, as does Essendon, GWS and Sydney.
Pendles named Richmond defender Alex Rance as the side's captain.
“He’s vice captain at Richmond. Reward three or four, potentially five brilliant seasons in a row. That’s just how I see it,” Pendlebury said.
