The AFL fixture dropped on Thursday afternoon, revealing the double-up matchups for each team.
The AFL changed its fixture build for 2026, enabling clubs to match up against sides that finished in the same third of the ladder up to four times, one more than the previous three.
Geelong is a side which has an increased difficulty as a result, with the Cats facing fellow top six sides Adelaide, Brisbane, Collingwood and Fremantle, as well as expected 2026 riser Gold Coast.
Minor premiers Adelaide also have tough double-ups against runners-up Geelong, Collingwood, Fremantle and Western Bulldogs, alongside Port Adelaide and Richmond.
Adelaide is the only 2025 finalist the Tigers are set to face twice, with double-ups against North Melbourne, West Coast, Melbourne, St Kilda and Carlton.
