Adelaide is not the only club to be linked with a possible move for Brisbane Lions captain Tom Rockliff.

The 26-year-old, who has played 134 games with the Lions, has been the speculation of a move away from the club for some time, amid murmurings of growing unrest under his leadership.

Brisbane's new head of football David Noble, said on Monday that no player is off limits this trade period, as the club looks to drastically overhaul the list.

“It’s fair to say we want to maximise this year’s draft, so picks are really important to us,” Noble said.

“We want to bulk that up with our academy going forward because the next two years are really important to us from a talent perspective, but that said nothing is off the table and we’re open to anything.”

Given the Lions' stance on their list, Collingwood has joined Adelaide in sounding out Rockliff, according to Damian Barrett.

The Magpies have reportedly made enquiries about Rockliff, in a bid to boost their midfield depth, which will also more than likely feature North Melbourne veteran Daniel Wells in 2017, after he informed the Roos of his desire to leave Arden Street.
