St Kilda player Matt Parker has been informed by the Saints that he wont be offered a new contract for 2021, per saints.com.au.
Parker becomes the sixth Saints player not to be handed a contract for next year, joining Doulton Langlands, Ryan Abbott, Jack Bell, Jack Mayo and Logan Austin.
“This was a really difficult decision to make,” Head of List Management James Gallagher said.
“Matty has such an incredible spirit and it’s easy to see why he was so quickly embraced by Saints fans.
“Unfortunately the situation we find ourselves in demands tough choices, and this was one of them.
“We thank Matty for his dedication to the club and wish nothing but the best for him, Shardah and Matty Jnr.”
The 24-year-old played 18 games in the red, white and black.
