St Kilda have secured new multi-year deals for duo Jack Higgins and Hunter Clark ahead of the 2025 season's start.

Higgins is now locked in at Moorabbin through to the end of the 2029 season while Clark has penned a two-year deal to be signed until the cessation of 2027.

The former is entering his fifth season with St Kilda, having started his career at Richmond after being recruited via the 2017 draft.

Since seeking a move to the Saints, Higgins has played 79 games for the club for a return of 129 goals, leading the club's goalkicking the past two seasons.

โ€œI'm so happy here, and I couldn't be prouder to put pen to paper on an extension,โ€ Higgins said in a club statement.

โ€œI'm really enjoying my footy and doing my best not only to have an impact on the scoreboard but also to help my teammates.

โ€œEven though I'm only 25, I'm one of the older guys in our forward line these days, so I'm focused on becoming more of a leader and helping guys like Max Hall and Lance Collard hone their skills.โ€

Clark has been with the Saints for eight seasons, totalling 98 games in the red, white and black.

The 25-year-old is yet to feature in at least 20 games in a single year whilst in the AFL, now looking to put injury troubles behind him to be a consistent cog in Ross Lyon's side.

โ€œThe club has shown a lot of faith in me since the minute I walked in the door as a draftee, and there's nothing I want more than to repay it,โ€ Clark said.

โ€œSimilar to Higgo, I'm 25 now and as excited and driven as I've ever been to see this group succeed.

โ€œI want to be a part of what we're building here and don't want to waste a second.โ€

The pair of re-signings at St Kilda follow new deals for Hugo Garcia and Angus Hastie this week.
