19-year-old Anthony Caminiti has inked a three-year contract extension with the Saints, which will see him at the club until at least the end of 2026.
Caminiti was picked up during the pre-season Supplemental Selection Period six weeks out from Round 1 and has since played an important role in St Kilda's forward line this season, having kicked nine goals.
Caminiti thanked the Saints for their support since joining the club, saying "it's unbelievable."
"I'm so blessed and I've been so lucky to have so much support around me with my family, friends, and the club," Caminiti said.
"I'm looking forward to the next three years and can't wait to see what the future holds."
St Kilda's Acting General Manager of Football, David Misson, praised the young forward.
“Despite his very short time at the club, he has made an immediate impression with his work ethic and drive, as well as his commitment to team first behaviours," Misson said.
“We look forward to seeing him grow even further over the next three years.”
Caminiti was suspended from Rounds 6-8 this season, after a high hit on Collingwood's Nathan Murphy, and has since returned to Ross Lyon's side.
