Geelong's Patrick Dangerfield is under an injury cloud after being substituted from the Cats' clash against Adelaide on Saturday.
Dangerfield starred in the first half of the GMHBA clash before being replaced by Geelong substitute Ollie Dempsey early in the third term.
The 33-year-old was spotted in Geelong's rooms after the halftime break, before being seen sporting ice on his left hamstring on the boundary line.
Dangerfield has played seven games for the Cats so far in 2023, averaging 24.6 disposals and seven clearances.
The Cats confirmed their skipper had suffered an injury concern on social media, and are expected to provide an update on the severity in the coming days.
Crow Nick Murray was also substituted out of the game after suffering a concussion, replaced on the field by Matt Crouch.
