The Gold Coast Suns are reportedly "going for a refresh" ahead of next season, with plans underway for the Queensland club to potentially change its logo and jumper for 2025.
The Suns have had the same, or similar, editions of the jumper they wore in their inaugural game against Carlton in 2011, while the club's logo has remained consistent across the 14-year span.
Currently, in a new era under triple premiership coach Damien Hardwick, the Carrara side could adopt a new logo and jumper design in time for the ex-Richmond boss's second campaign with the club.
According to 7 News reporter Mitch Cleary, a focus group has been made to consider new concepts, which could see more yellow on the jumper than what Suns players currently play in.
The group met this week to view early designs, with the club potentially alerting its logo and jumper in time for next season.
"This is really exciting. Year 14 of the Gold Coast Suns, they feel that it's time to look at a new logo and a new jumper for 2025," Cleary told Talking Footy.
"[Tuesday] night they brought together a focus group of stakeholders, including members, about some early concepts and ideas about next year and what the jumper could look like.
"What I'm told, [they're looking to] have the logo a little less prominent, potentially a new logo as well, and a different change of colour - a bit more yellow on that jumper than what we've seen in the past.
"Gold Coast is going for a refresh, they want to win a flag inside three years. The Suns (nickname) is sticking."
The Suns have not commented on the report.
Gold Coast look to be within their best chance of making finals since coming into the league, currently sitting in 10th on the ladder.
Sunday's dismal QClash outing has raised questions over the club's September prospects, however a more comfortable fixture and a return to form under Hardwick has Gold Coast in good stead.
The Suns' best finish in a season is 12th on the ladder, which they reached in seasons 2014 and 2022 - amassing 10 wins in each.
So far this year, Gold Coast have recorded four wins and as many defeats in the opening eight rounds, with the club to host a winless North Melbourne outfit this weekend in a bid to reach five wins for just the ninth time in their 14-year history.
